Just returned from back to back tours in Costa RicaI I was lucky to have two really great, fun groups! As always we worked very hard from dawn to dusk making tens of thousands of images of all the magnificent Costa Rican subjects.
My personal favorite from the trip is the very graphic image of two Strawberry Poison Dart frogs, on what is arguably the coolest vine ever!
Of course no trip to Costa Rica would be complete without a shot of the Resplendent Quetzal. This beautiful male is showing off his amazing tail for the ladies in the area.
We were also lucky to see a sloth with a very young baby along for the ride. Thanks Hugo!
I really love showing how creatures use camouflage to hide from predators. Or in the case of this leaf-mantid to hide from both predators and prey.

Good Luck and Good Light!

What kind of vine are the poison dart frogs sitting on?
Hi Charisma
Sorry I have no idea of what type of vine this is… beyond super cool!
