Ecuador is one of the richest places we know for bird photography and on this trip, you will not only photograph at bird blinds designed for photographers but also use high-speed flash to freeze the action of some of the 130 species of diverse and colorful hummingbirds found here. Experience completely different bird species as we visit locations that range from 4,500 to 9,000 feet in elevation. From the valleys of Tandayapa and foothills of Sumaco to the mountain tops of the Andes, this trip will take you on a marvelous tour of bird and habitat diversity.

Welcome to Brazil’s Pantanal, the world’s largest seasonal wetland and home to the world’s highest density of jaguars. This is the only place in the world where you can really enter the jaguar’s world and photograph them as they hunt, lounge, care for young, and more. But don’t stop there – we designed the ultimate trip! Get ready to photograph macaws flying at eye level at one of the largest sink holes in South America, walk through fields and photograph Giant anteaters and armadillos at ground level with unique perspectives, try your hand at photographing kingfishers in flight, and capture the behaviors of Giant river otters, capybara, ocelots and more. We packed it all in. This is a subject rich photo adventure that gives you the full Pantanal experience like no other photo tour!
