Well, I just returned from my trip to the Galapagos Islands and the cloud forests of Ecuador. It was a great trip and a real adventure. I shot over 6500 pictures over the course of two weeks. It will take me some time to get through the editing process, but in the meantime,, I thought I would post a few more colurful bird pictures from this spring.
These birds are not warblers; they are, however, some of the more colorful birds we have here in Michigan. Although having just spent two weeks in Ecuador with some of the fantastic birds down there, these guys kind of look like pikers.
